By accessing or using the Drift Haus Media client portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Drift Haus Media provides a social media management platform that allows clients to connect their social media accounts, view analytics, approve content, and communicate with their account team. The Service is intended for business use only.
You may connect third-party social media accounts (including TikTok and LinkedIn) to the Service. By doing so, you authorize Drift Haus Media to access your account data solely for the purpose of displaying analytics within your dashboard. We do not post, modify, or delete content on your behalf without explicit instruction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
All content, branding, and materials provided through the Service remain the property of Drift Haus Media or the respective content owners. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
Drift Haus Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
